Clyde A. Benson of Kewanee, State of Illinois, and [set up in a heart shaped padlock] Myrtle Lanphfeur (sic) of Kewanee, Illinois
Hereby we united in the holy bonds of matrimony, according to the ordiance of God and the laws of state of Illinois, on the 2nd day of July, 1906 (sic), at Kewanee, IL, in the presence of Mrs. Lilly Clark [a blank with the name filled in] and and RG Benson [also a blank with the name filled in] (witness) [then separate line]Rev. John V. Whiting (signature in a blank).
Lilly Clark was Myrtle's sister, and Ralph G. Benson was Clyde's Brother.
