    John Hickman's will: I, John Hickman, of the county of Greenbrier and State of Virginia hereby make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following court.
    1rst. I will all my moveable and perishable Estate to my much beloved Wife Nancy.
    2nd. I will to my Daughter Sarah Young the sum of One Dollar.
    3rd. I will to my daughter Peggy the sum of One dollar and one bed and bedding.
    4th. I will to my daughter Betsy Sheaves One dollar.
    5th. I will to my son William the sum of one dollar.
    6th. I will to my son Lewis the sum of One dollar.
    7th. I will to my son Thompson the sum of one dollar.
    8th. I will to my daughter Abigail the sum of one dollar Bed and Bedding.
    9th. I will to my Daughter Jane Benson the sum of One dollar.
    10th. I will to my Daughter Ann the sum of one dollar and one Bed and Bedding.
    11th. I will to my Daughter Polly the sum of One Dollar and one Bed and Bedding.
    12th. And lastly I do constitute and approve my sons William and Thompson Executors of this my last Will and Testament
