Welcome to the home page of David West, known more by his Internet Persona of Lightfinger.

David is a programmer/analyst for the Douglas-Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm). Most of his duties are web-related, and he administers the following sites (amongst others):

David has worked freelance for Hero Games Inc, makers of the roleplaying game Champions. In that capacity, he wrote two published articles/books - Dark Champions: Murderer's Row, and the World Security Bureau article in Hero System Almanac 2.

David has also written for Shadowrun, and for the RPGA as well. His articles can be seen on the Shadowrun Archive in the Graveyard, and in issue 7 of The Shadowrun Supplemental. He has also contributed to a failed attempt at a Living-style campaign for Troll Lords Games.

Other than those things, David is an avid player of Massive Multiplayer Role Playing Games (MMORPGs), as well as refereeing local games of Champions, D&D, Shadowrun, and just about every other game system known to mankind.
