Gate Guard

I don't remember which gate - or which base - this is. But it's obviously a Filipino guard. There were American Security Police guards at the Clark gates, and maybe Filipinos also. At the side gate we used most of the time, one of the guards had a big black mustache and was always so cheerful. We referred to him as Garcia.
