The Geoffrey Edmunds FloorplanHere's a quick walkthrough of the house, starting from the bottom right and moving counter-clockwise to the bottom left: The exercise room has a large window facing southeast. It adjoins the master bathroom, which has his and hers vanities and commodes, overhead sky lights, and a central shower and bath. Between the sitting room and the master bath are his and her closets. The sitting room is separated from the master bedroom by a fireplace. And the sitting room has a window facing Northwest, and is probably my favorite view window in the whole house. The vestibule connects the master suite to the front entry. Standing at the front door, the great room is before you, offering living and dining. off to the left, a circular bar looks over the space. The great room features 3 large arched arcadia doors to the back patio and a large fireplace. Adjacent to the great room is the family room area, which has the kitchen, breakfast nook, pool table space room, and family room all in one large space. The kitchen features a central island with vegetable sink and a second island most used by the kids for their homework, or during parties. Adjacent to the pool table space are the secondary bedrooms and bonus family room, which features two sky lights, since that space has no windows. Hayley and Emily's bedrooms are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a door for easy access by pool guests. Both rooms are exactly the same size and feature walk-in closets. The large guest bedroom and guest bathroom are in this space as well. From the pool table space, you also transition to the main hall. This hall offers access to the powder room, media room, office, laundry room, and both garages. The media room offers three rows of seating to view the large front projection screen. The office has a sliding glass door, to the entry path of the home, and the laundry room offers access to the 5th car garage. In total there is 8000 square feet under roof, with approximately 6000 square feet of livable space. We hope you'll come and visit soon.
